When an official document must be submitted in another language, the translation often needs to be authenticated so the receiving authority can trust it. Common examples include birth certificates, diplomas, household registrations and court documents.
What we authenticate
We can authenticate the translation of a document — confirming the translator’s declaration and the link to the original — for use in immigration, study and cross-border matters. As our notary is certified English Level 1, Chinese ⇄ English documents are handled directly.
Preparing your translation
- Provide the original document and a complete, accurate translation
- Tell us the destination country and the authority that will receive it
- Bring your identification
If you are unsure whether your document needs authentication or legalization, message us on LINE and we will guide you.
